Ylva is a midi dress with a double-breasted button front. Double-breasted means two columns of buttons across an overlapping front, which is a tailoring detail rather than a dress one, and it gives the bodice a structured line that most midi dresses do not have.
Four colourways, all deep and plain: white, black, navy blue and mulberry. Mulberry is the one to look at closely, a muted purple-red rather than a bright berry, and it is the only colour here that is not a wardrobe basic.
The size run is unusually generous for a structured dress: XS through 4XL, eight consecutive sizes with nothing skipped. A double-breasted front fits closest across the bust, so go by that measurement rather than waist or hip.
