Richilde Platform Winter Boots for Snow, Lace-Up

Richilde puts a winter boot on a platform, which does two useful things at once. It lifts the foot further off cold, wet ground than a flat sole manages, and it adds height without a heel, so you get the proportions of a taller shoe with none of the balance problems on an uneven pavement. The front laces the full height of the shaft.
