Ottavia is a crochet blouse with a crew neck and short sleeves. Crochet is an open worked stitch, so the fabric carries texture and a degree of transparency — many people layer a camisole underneath.
Eight colourways, and every one names a specific shade. Navy blue and light blue are two distinct depths of one family. Beige is the warm neutral, grey the cool one. Orange, pink, red and white complete the run.
Sizes run S through 2XL, five sizes, forty combinations in all. An open stitch has more give than a woven fabric but less recovery, so wash it gently and dry it flat rather than hanging it.
