Nesta is a loafer lined with fleece and set on a platform, which solves a problem most loafers have in winter: they are thin, flat and cold. The fleece lining makes this one wearable in weather where a standard loafer is not, and the platform lifts the foot off cold pavement without turning it into a boot.
Black is the plain version and works anywhere a loafer belongs, from an office to a commute. Black and gold adds hardware across the front, which lifts the shoe into something with a bit more presence, particularly against dark trousers or tights. Both are slip-on, so they are genuinely quick to get out of the door in, which is the point of a loafer.
Sizes run US 4 through 11 in whole steps only, with no half sizes stocked. The chart below lists exactly what is available with EU and UK equivalents and the matching foot length. A fleece lining takes up room inside the shoe, so if you are between two sizes or wear thicker socks, take the larger one.
