Girardine is an off-shoulder ruched midi dress, and it carries eight colourways, one of the deepest dress ranges in the collection. Ruching gathers the fabric into soft folds across the body, which skims rather than clings and is why a ruched dress flatters where a plain jersey one does not.
The eight span the full spectrum. Black and dark brown are the two deepest. Army green is the earthy option. Dusty pink is the softest. Blue is the cool choice. Red and magenta are two distinct strong shades rather than one, magenta being the more unusual. The multicolour is the statement of the set.
