Florie is an oversized turtleneck sweater dress with a ruffled hem, and the ruffle is the reason it is not just another knit dress. A plain oversized knit runs straight to the hem and stops; a ruffle gives it movement and a finished edge, which lifts the whole thing from comfortable to considered.
